About Me

Stephanie Williams Photography is a husband + wife photography team inspired by love and life. We're a wedding and portrait photography studio in Southern California, documenting weddings locally and worldwide. We love to travel! My husband Isaac works alongside me at every wedding - and he makes an occassional appearance on the blog as well! We strive to capture the complete story of every wedding we photograph and infuse a bit of fashion - inspired portraiture into our photojournalistic coverage. Fannie + Leonard | engagement

Fannie + Leonard are just awesome! Hands down, that’s the best word to describe them… We had an adventure hiking through mud, crossing perilous bridges, and passing through barbed wire all for the sake of good light and lovely images, and they just went with it with total trust. I love when couples are up for something unique, even if it calls for a little adventure! Here are just a few of our favorites!

Jen + Chris | engagement

Jen + Chris are the sweetest couple! When Jen mentioned she loved nature and red hearts and wanted to incorporate them into their engagement session, I immediately envisioned the paper hearts scene below. Not only are they awesome, they came with cupcakes for me + Isaac, which makes them extra awesome! We can’t wait for their wedding this May!

Angela + David | wedding

Angela + David were married in New Mexico at the Tamaya Resort in Santa Ana Pueblo. David is also a wedding and commercial photographer, and we are always so honored when we are commissioned by fellow photographers! It was an amazing winter wedding, from the stunning desert and forest backdrop to the fragrant gardenia bouquet. It was also our first time shooting in a much colder climate (I’ll admit, I’m a spoiled Southern Californian when it comes to weather), but I absolutely loved the winter light in New Mexico and the pastel colors and cold crisp air! We were so glad that Angela + David were up to exploring the forest adjacent to the resort in near freezing temperatures! They are such a wonderful couple, and we were so honored to document their love for one another and all the joy surrounding their wedding day.

April + Kit | wedding

April + Kit’s winter wedding was filled with bright red and white and lots of love and laughter. They first met in class at Cal Lutheran University, so it was only natural that they get married on campus at the Samuelson Chapel. Their reception was held at the Westlake Village Inn Apirl’s dress is a  Sottero + Midgely and her awesome red shoes are by Chinese Laundry. Here are just a few of our favorites!
