While in Oahu shooting Naoko + Taejo’s wedding, we had the opportunity to shoot their friends, Juri + Kei, a super sweet couple from Japan. We had such a blast with them while exploring a banyan forest on the North Shore. We had scouted the area out a few days ahead and fell in love with this one huge banyan tree. Well, when we arrived there the day of the shoot, the set of the tv show Lost had fully moved in on the scene and was filming an episode around the banyan! Luckily, one of my friends from the North Shore knew some of the crew, so we were still able to shoot in the area and around the enormous Lost set!
